Your conversation remains private — your plan does not
Your browser encrypts the chat with AES-256-GCM — the key comes from your passphrase, which we never possess. We cannot read the wording. We store the resulting plan unencrypted so the Crew can work on it — we can read that part.

AES-256-GCM encrypts your stored conversation in the browser — the key comes from your passphrase and is derived with 600.000 PBKDF2 iterations.
Note: the internal data-protection architecture review (OP-41) is concluded. Encryption of stored conversation content — client-side, without a stored plaintext reading path for the operator — is implemented and tested. We claim no external certification. For children, the dream becomes public only after parental consent.

Why a mentor changes everything
My mentor forced me to look more closely: at my dream, my weaknesses and my limits. There were days when I wanted to evade it. Then I understood how small my thinking had been.
The process made the dream bigger and the excuses smaller. Fear became conviction; conviction became a next step. Eventually, I stopped thinking like someone merely trying to endure and began thinking like someone who takes responsibility.
