Nature of the service

pegnitz.city is an independent research and technology project by XBANQ® GmbH for civic knowledge networking, the safe use of AI and the development of human potential in Pegnitz. It is not an official service of the Town of Pegnitz and has no official connection to it for as long as no explicit partnership is communicated.

The GmbH creates the legal basis for operating pegnitz.city professionally, accountably, with due regard for data protection and over the long term. It is the legal body for operations, contracts, data protection, funding and security. The purpose remains oriented towards the common good: released, public results from people's dreams are to benefit the people of pegnitz.city and Pegnitz; private content, consents and rights remain protected.
