You write down what you wish for. That becomes a plan — and when several people want the same thing, a real project for the town.
The first city in the world that grows wiser with every dream. And then acts.
Your dream belongs to you. It is stored under lock, and nothing of it becomes public unless a person approves it. Every number here has a source: Pegnitz has 13.614 residents, officially counted on 31. Dezember 2025.

The path has five steps. Available: step 1 Dream — one sentence is safely recorded; step 2 Plan — after approval your mentor plans with you and mentor chats are stored with client-side encryption. Runtime-bound: step 3 Crew — internal work appears as live only with current runtime evidence. In progress: step 4 Delivery — operations follow documented gates. Only after approval: step 5 Real — publication and project launch require the stated human approval.
